These are the terms for using Ignaru. They are short and in plain words. If something here is unclear, book a call and ask.

Using Ignaru

You sign in with a work account and use Ignaru on behalf of a team. You are responsible for what your team does with it, including who you contact and what you say to them.

You approve what goes out

Iggy drafts. Your team sends. Nothing is sent to a lead without approval from an admin on your team. When you approve a message, it is sent from your connected account, and you are the sender.

Follow the rules for outreach

• Only contact people you have a lawful reason to contact, and follow the email and marketing laws that apply to you and to them.
• Do not use Ignaru to send spam, to deceive people, or to harass anyone.
• Stop contacting anyone who asks you to.

Credits and your own keys

New teams start with 1,000 free credits. Credits pay for the AI work Iggy does for you, and you can buy more in packs. Work that runs on your own AI key, or through your own connected app account, does not use credits. Prices are shown before you buy, and payments are handled by Stripe.

Connected apps

You connect apps through Composio and can disconnect them at any time. Iggy only acts in an app you have connected, and it asks before it sends. Your use of each app is under that app's own terms.

AI output

Iggy can be wrong. Read what it writes before you approve it. Approving a draft means you have checked it.

Your data

Your team's data stays yours. How we handle it is in the privacy page.

Changes and stopping

You can stop using Ignaru at any time. We may update these terms, and we will say so in the product before a change that matters takes effect.
