Ignaru runs outbound workspaces for your team: it finds leads, drafts outreach and helps book calls. This page says what we keep, who helps us run it, and what we do not do. It is short on purpose.

Nothing sends without a yes

Nothing is sent to a lead without your team's approval. Drafts wait at Approve until an admin on your team says yes. Iggy reads your connected apps first and asks before it sends.

What we store

  • Your account: your name, work email and avatar, as given at sign-in.
  • Your team's data: workspaces, steps, leads, drafts, replies, booked calls, notes and comments, and the credit balance for your team.
  • Your team's settings, such as the model you chose and which apps are connected.

We store account and workspace data in Europe, in the eu-west-2 region of Supabase. Every record belongs to one team, and a team only sees its own.

Who helps us run it

  • WorkOS handles sign-in. It holds your login details, not us.
  • Composio handles connections to your apps (Gmail, HubSpot, Slack and others). Your app access goes through Composio, and you can disconnect any app at any time.
  • Vercel AI Gateway routes Iggy's requests to the AI model. The text Iggy needs for a task, such as a lead's details and a draft, goes to the model provider to produce the answer.
  • If you add your own key (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter or Gemini), Iggy's requests go to that provider on your account instead, under your agreement with them.
  • Stripe takes payments for credit packs. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
  • Vercel hosts the site.

Your leads

Iggy finds leads from the sources you set up and the apps you connect. You decide who gets contacted, because you approve every message. If someone asks you to stop, tell us or your team and they come out of every workspace.

Your choices

  • Disconnect any app from the Connect screen.
  • Ask us to delete your account and your team's data.
